Where I see myself in twenty years
In twenty years I see myself out of college and have worked for at least a year at the French Laundry in San Francisco. By that point in my life I would have finished cooking in the United States and would have moved on to working in perfecting my culinary skills in Europe. I would probably be in France or Italy doing what I do best and that is cooking and baking. I would also be preparing myself for the most important contest any passionate chef would take up the challenge to the title to win the Meilleur Ouvrier de France. I would also probably be married by that point in my life, not exactly with children because by then I wouldn't be in the right point in view to have children. I would instead be more interested in cooking than anything else.
Of course if doing a Culinary career I would be a middle weight boxer by now taking on the world or would have taken my shot at world champion. The only way to get there is by training enough said.
